All content is the property of MardiLabs LLC. Clients own deliverables upon full payment. MardiLabs retains proprietary tools and the AI platform.
Limitation of Liability
MardiLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Confidentiality
All client data is confidential. NDAs are signed before accessing systems, and obligations survive termination.
